In 2002, my husband bought a house in Suria Kinrara. It was left terbengkalai for ages, and the bank stopped calling him for payments. But when we went to visit my mum in 2010, we realised the project was back on , and nearly completed.
Now, 3 houses later... he is getting the house back...but I noticed the community blog and just realised what an awful place it has turned out to be.
Its a lovely building actually, but is experiencing bad maintenance issues, slum-like neighbors who hang their clothes everywhere, Africans loitering around, and occupants association sounds a bit snooty. And then the stories about robberies, despite having guards... and that pretty swimming pool that is unfortunately growing algae....
I think I like Sandakan better. No crime. Everyone is friendly. No jam. No taxes.
No , I dont think I want to go back to KL just yet. Wait until it gets better over there.
Rent it out lah Abang. Eeeeei..... Dont want!!
